Good agreements make good friends

Our terms and conditions contain all mutual agreements so you can be sure of a comfortable, safe, correct and punctual ride. Before getting in, we kindly ask you to read through the arrangements below. Engaging I Drive 4 You for a cab ride or boarding one of our vehicles implies that you agree to our terms and conditions.

Art. 1

We confirm each booking in writing by e-mail. Without written confirmation, the booking is not valid.

Art. 2

Our rates are pre-arranged OR determined by the taximeter

Art. 3

You pay the amount due (agreed upon) to the driver before departure. When booking an outward and return trip, you pay the full amount on the outward trip.

You can pay with card, Payconiq or cash with us.

Only companies that are regular customers may pay after invoicing, with a maximum of 14 days from invoice date. If our invoices are not paid on time, we charge a late payment interest as well as damages of 10% with a minimum of 25 euros.

Art. 4

You have the option to cancel the ride free of charge up to 24 hours after booking if there are at least 7 days between the booking and the ride.

Thereafter, we request compensation of 50 percent of the agreed amount with a minimum of 50 euros.

If you cancel or fail to cancel the ride 24 hours or less before departure, you must pay 100% of the ride !

Art. 5

Our drivers refuse passengers who are extremely drunk or aggressive. We never take more passengers than allowed by law.

Art. 6

Animals are not allowed in our vehicles unless we expressly approve in advance.

Art. 7

No smoking, eating or drinking is allowed in our vehicles, with the exception of water.

Art. 8

We provide up to two child seats free of charge if you let us know in advance and we confirm. If you bring your own child seat, we will keep it free of charge until your return.

Art. 9

Per person, the price includes 1 luggage and 1 carry-on. For more luggage or bags contact us in advance. This can be done at an additional cost. A wheelchair or baby carriage is always free, but please also notify us in advance.

Art. 10

It is your responsibility to provide us in advance with all the information needed to perform the ride correctly, such as all flight information.

We agree in writing on a departure time that is well in advance. We make every effort to get you to your destination safely and on time.

Under no circumstances are we responsible if you miss your appointment or flight, including due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, winter precipitation, road works, demonstrations or strikes,…. The ride is always billed at 100%.

We are not liable for damages to persons or property incurred during the ride, due to our fault or force majeure.

If your flight details change, at any time, please notify us immediately. Thus, we can adjust the agreed transportation.

When picking up at the airport, there may be a wait of about 30 minutes. Please call us if no driver is present. You are always responsible for any damages we incur due to your actions.

Art. 11

We will be with you between 15 minutes before and after the appointed departure time. You will be ready 15 minutes before the appointed departure time.

If we are not with you 5 minutes after the appointed departure time, contact us immediately by phone.

If you are still not outside 1 hour after landing we are forced to charge a waiting fee of 15 € per quarter hour started from then on. If we cannot reach you, our driver will not wait and the ride must be paid in full.

Art. 12

For last minute bookings (less than 48 hours before departure), the fare is always determined by the cab meter.

Art. 13

If the vehicle is soiled in any way, we charge a flat fee of 50 euros for the outside and/or 300 euros for the inside of the vehicle. We make every effort to keep our vehicles as clean as possible.

Art. 14

Basically, you will always be transported in one of our own recent vehicles. If for any reason none of our vehicles are available anymore, another company will be called in. For this reason, the customer cannot negotiate a discount or compensation.

The agreed price may possibly change as a result but in this case you will always be notified in advance.

Art. 15

Our drivers and vehicles are fully compliant, licensed and insured according to Belgian Legislation.

Art. 16

All our quotations are valid for 1 month unless otherwise stated.

As of 01/01/18, all trips are always private transportation, so no combinations with other clients.

Art. 17

Airport transportation rates can be found on this site. These rates are valid only if booked min 48h in advance through the form on this site!

Art. 18

All rates on our site include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Additional costs such as parking, tolls or vignettes, among others, are always charged to the customer.

Art. 19

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions unilaterally at any time.

Art. 20

All complaints must reach us in writing within 5 days of the invoice date.

A complaint does not apply to delay or suspend a payment.

Only the courts of the district of Turnhout have jurisdiction.

Art. 21

Your personal information is NOT stored by us. So please always provide your address and cell phone number with each booking.
Only billing and booking records are kept as long as the law provides.

We will make every effort to provide you with a safe, very comfortable and pleasant ride in complete discretion.
